Taking part in this retreat was an indescribable experience. The energy and the sincerity of this place are truly remarkable.
The monks are extremely attentive, and their example of selflessness and compassion makes the experience even deeper.
The food is wonderful and more than enough.
Being here feels as though I am a little closer to God.
Gratitude.
In this moment, the vibration I recognize within myself is gratitude. Gratitude for receiving teachings for such a challenging journey of existence, which here I recognized as being awakened toward the Divine source.
The days were very challenging for me. With each sunrise and sunset, I faced resistance. Some days left me shaken; others required such an effort to persist that, by the end, I felt able to continue the path.
The support of the guru and the monks was essential as I walked through the still–hidden parts of my own discovery. I feared I would not complete the journey. Many times, I thought I wouldn’t make it. I did, but the victory was not the ego’s; it belonged to the subtle movements of my soul, which shone through.
I saw many clouds along the way, but in the end, I saw the sun.

It was an incredible experience, and I still don’t have the words to express how deep it truly was.
It is a dive into yourself, into your true Self. It was beautiful to witness the dedication of everyone involved to ensure that the retreat unfolded with such seriousness and intention.
